Where	Doubletree Hotel San Francisco Airport (map) 835 Airport Blvd. Burlingame, CA, US 94010 Complimentary Hotel Shuttle to and from San Francisco International Airport 24 Hours a Day. From the North (San Francisco and San Francisco Airport) - Take Highway 101 South to Broadway/Burlingame exit (East). Go east over overpass; remain in the right lane. Turn right at the first light (Old Bayshore Rd) and left at the next light onto Airport Blvd. Follow the road around until you see hotel on your right side, approximately a quarter of a mile. From the South (San Jose):Take 101 North and exit Anza Blvd. The hotel is on the left side.
Other Info	A 2-day event. Professionals who are certified by ASHA are eligible to receive 1.5 CEUs upon completion of the course. Refunds: requests received no later than 14 days prior to the training event start date will be honored with a full refund of registration fees paid without penalty. Requests received later than 14 days prior to the training event start date may either receive a refund minus a $25.00 processing fee, or have their registration fee applied to any workshop (same course) within 365 calendar days of the original workshop start date.
