Helping Hearts Speech Services offers a variety of services including accent reduction services, speech, language, and feeding therapy. Sam is an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist who has worked with individuals from 0-100 in a variety of settings. Sam has a BA in Applied Linguistics from Portland State University.
Her Master's is in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. She is certified in PESL, Vital Stim, and LSVT-Loud. Sam has been a speech-language pathologist since 2012, prior to that she worked in education helping teach community ESL classes, and working with English Speakers of Other Language in the K-12 setting. Evening and weekend appointments are available, as both in person and virtual appointments.
