A 7-Week course may be appropriate for the client who presents with fewer than the 19 problem areas that are addressed in the standard 13-week format.

There are six weeks of direct instruction in this outline – half the amount included in the standard format, with fewer than half of the targets typically addressed in the full course. Therefore, this format could be adjusted and used to offer a lower-cost, introductory-level and/or less time-consuming course. If it is used for those purposes, the instructor might focus on additional targets instead of final presentations in Session 6 and 7.

The outline can be used as is, but flexibility, creativity, and changes made in the interest of your client are always encouraged.
